A couple roommates and I moved in a very small 2 bedroom 6 months ago. In the 6 months I've been here, it has really been hell. First of all... we only moved in because we go to Apollo College which is right across the street. The office staff is very very rude. Robin, the manager, is a complete -----! I really can't stand their rude attitudes. The very few times I have gone down to the club house, my roommate and I have only gotten disrespect from them. They seem like they are completely annoyed by us. When we went down to play pool, they gave us dirty looks as if they we were being noisy. What do you expect when you put a god damn pool table in the office without a door or anything to quiet the noise!' Idiots. When we would go down to the club house and just relax in the seating area, they would ask us very rudely if we needed something. They are complete rude asses. Every single damn time we go to the fitness room, they never ever have any god damn sanitizer and towels. How ------- disgusting is that to have to touch all the equipment that other sweaty people have touched and not getting to sanitize your hands afterward. Also, about a month ago, I decided to re-arrange my bed room and I discovered MOLD! I was absolutely disgusted. I could not believe how big of a patch it was. It was about a foot and a half long and 6 inches tall running along the floor board. It was also in a corner and on the window sills. I called maintenance and they were supposed to come clean it up the next day but never showed. So I decided to call again and they said they did not receive the message from the lady who I spoke to. I was very upset. I have asthma and mold effects my asthma horribly. I was not happy with them. The maintenance guy said it happens very often. What the hell!' Really' The parking absolutely sucks! My roommates and I share the one covered space we have. So I have to go park a block away from my damn apartment because there are never any free spaces. Even though there is a whole row of covered spaces that are never being used and if I were to take a single chance and park there over night because it was very cold and snowing, of course, I was get towed. It is really annoying. And when they say "Luxury Apartments" please don't let it fool you, people! Even thought the gated community and the place looks decent... They are just like any other apartments and not that great at all! They tell us to clean up our dogs ---- when they go, and there is ---- everywhere! You can't even walk in the damn grass without stepping in dog ----! I still have 6 more horrible months till my lease us up and I am seriously trying to find ways to get evicted! haha, that's how much I can't stand this place, especially the office staff! Robin and the rest (don't remember names)SUCK ASS! SCREW YOU -------! Overall, what I am trying to get at is, DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE!

I completely agree. People in my building moved because of mold in the apartment. The person in the apartment next to them complained to Robin about it, who told her that it wasn't mold, and that it was impossible that it could even be mold. Someone in a different building lost their livingroom furniture due to mold, it was completely ruind and the mold was going all the way up the wall!
