Where do I start with this place. I lived here for over a year and nothing good happened that I recall. First of all, the apartments themselves are poorly built and you can hear every step your neighbor above takes and everytime your neighbor below vacuums. If you have a complaint, it's going nowhere with the psycho manager woman "Robin" with the clipped red hair! She's hardly ever there and if she is and you "bother" her with an issue at her "kingdom", she will tell you to find one of her underlings because her "job" is to be out marketing and not "dealing" with lowly tenants. Also, when you speak to her she doesn't listen to what you're saying and tries to argue with everything you say to defend the noisy, ghetto, teen ridden hell hole she's running.
Next up, the neighborhood is a congested nightmare where people park on both sides of the street all the way down to Fairview and on the street between phase I and II. You literally can barely fit one car down this thing most of the day and the moronic teens from Apollo driving up and down are texting so watch out!
Third nightmare: The Somali refugees directly across the street! You've got to be kidding me! There is a section 8 community directly across from this mess where third world Somali refugees sit on couches in the grass all day and wander up and down the street aimlessly (and jobless-ly) spending your tax money at the Jackson's on Fairview. They also travel in packs up and down Liberty at night strung out on a ------- drug called "khat".....
Fourth problem: Dog doo! This is one of the few apts in town that allows pets and there is "supposed" to be a poop scoop rule.....Wrong!!!!There's dog doo everywhere. I came home one night to dog doo smeared all up my stairs and around my door. Don't even try to venture out onto the grass. Those bombs don't stop.
Fifth: Cigarette butts everywhere! Yet another "rule" that busy Robin will not enforce. Every piece of grass has cig butts in large piles where one of her low life renters won't put them in a can....Don't even bother asking her to stop this one....Not her problem.
Sixth: Low-low-low class renters. There's still a few biz professionals here but most are either trying to get out or waiting out the lease to move. Robin has filled up the complex with renters that average in age from 18-19 and wonders why her default rate is so high. They pile about six friends into a one bedroom to afford the rent and about sixty on the weekends to party. Not a peep from the "manager".
In conclusion, if you don't mind living in a Somalian ghetto with a nasty manager with clipped bright red hair, completely surrounded by teenage drug addicts and a noisy bunch of teen neighbors with blank looks on their faces, this place is for you!! If you are a professional, have a family, have a job, or have an I.Q....Please, do yourself a favor and do not move here. Trust me!! I am a businessman in Boise and always paid my rent on time and fulfilled my lease here but would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Go anywhere but here!

I understand what you are trying to say; I don't know what to call you because you are considered anonymous. But there's one thing that I disagree and that's the way that you put people down of low, low, low income status; you should not be judging because as you said you've been through it yourself. I'm a mother with 5 kids and a grand-daughter and I've been living in the ghetto all my life; but it doesn't mean because I came from the ghetto that I don't deserve better things. I've been trying to get out the ghetto for years and still trying. I agree with you saying about people standing or laying on the grass and wasting tax payers money because they want to live off of our money. Yes that is true. But I have to say that when you put these people down you are putting me down because I was once that little girl who used to sit in my front because there was nothing better else to do. Does that make me a bad person? I think not. I prayed each day of my life to get myself away from drugs, violence, etc. And even til this day I live in an apartment with my family and yes the area where I live have shoot-outs all the time; I have to sleep with one eye open that's how scared I am. The people that commit these crimes our a part of me because of their race but I don't agree with what they are doing. I love life and I try to live it to the best of my ability. I would do anything to get out the ghetto and trust me one day God will provide me with a much safer and enhance surroundings for my children and me. You can't just put people down because you have and they don't. You are obviously the fortunate one but others are not. I'm happy that you got your life in track and you doing what you mind tells you to do and I respect that fully; but still don't put people down because they're the less fortunate. It's good to have a voice but when that voice deepens is because of the severity of what you feel in your heart and mind and that can lead you to become hostile. Be a voice not a dictator
