If you enjoy living with the three random strangers and having to share everything with them this is the place for you. The free internet is a joke. Most of the wireless routers are down all the time. When you do get on then it takes forever to check your email or myspace. Forget online games. Sharing a bathroom with one other person isn't so bad, but sharing the living room and small kitchen with three other people is terrible especially when the quads decides to do their seasonal inspection. If your roommates are slobs you'll either be scrubbing everything yourself or paying the property their cleaning fees. The maintence man is pretty nice and so is the rest of the staff, but it doesn't make up for the cramped living conditions. The closest I can describe this place is dorm living.

In their favor they didn't try to jack my deposit when I moved out. I received about 2/3rds of it minus carpet cleaning and some holes from hanging posters.

I had a completely different experience. I met nice people and made some good friends. The building was well maintained and it was really affordable.
