More like a home than an apartment

After reading the other posted review, I couldn't help but take time to post my own thoughts. I recently went through a very rough divorce which lead me to the Renaissance in search of an apartment. This was a very troubling and trying time in my life, and I have to say that the staff, in particular Brooke and Anna, were honestly the nicest and most customer service oriented people I have ever worked with. They were honest and helpful, and made the transition easier for me. Everytime I walk in the office they greet me by name and they always seem to genuinely care about how things are going in my life. I think the person who wrote the other review should consider paying their rent on time to avoid late fees. Obviously the office staff is just carrying out policy. My apartment was beautiful and clean and I have put off looking for a new home for at least 6 more months as I am so happy with my new place.

It's great to hear you had a good experience with the management and such. On the other hand I disagree with your comment about the person needing to pay rent on time. Technically with what her lease said she WAS paying on time and the management just did not want deal with it. But otherwise, as I said, great to hear your experience was pleasant. Mine was not!
