Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Apartment and its location are good. Apratment donot have much free parking and finding a parking lot on a weekend for the second car is very difficult. Many of us had problem in dealing with the office staff. They ask for more rent from the existing customer(even during lease renewal)but at the same time those who are moving in will get a better rent.
