Seriously I lived in this place for a year. Things were fine for about the first month. Then things started going wrong. The access panel for the AC was in one of the bathroom and leaked EVERYWHERE. Bugs were all over the place. My neighbors were out of control trash. They would throw cigarette butts and spit on the walls and the management came and yelled at me for it! Any problems were not remedied but just given a quick fix. The parking was awful from the first part. Then they got rid of even more guest spots and made them into these "permit only". There was a HUGE parking lot right next door that was barely used by the company that uses it. However they wouldn't let us park there and I even had to pay $150 to get my girlfriends car back from being towed there once.

Don't move here if you enjoy sleep or privacy.

Don't move here if you EVER expect to have company over, it makes it such a horrible effort to even try. Having roommates is damn near impossible unless you share a car.

Don't move here if you don't feel like fixing things yourself, cause your going to have to.

Don't be fooled by how nice and "hot" the office staff are, once you sign the lease your dirt to them.

The amount of space you get for the high price is ridiculous.

Your neighbors will be either wild college aged kids, or middle aged yuppies and their Lexus's. Unfriendly neighbors.
