Nice enough, just loud.

I moved out of there a year ago. I have to admit the staff were always nice to me, and responsive to most concerns. I had a 1 bedroom garage unit that I really liked--very high-class place, very exclusive-feeling at least at first. I loved the pool and the fitness room. Though I didn't use the public computer they had, people were using it often enough that I must assume it worked. Wiring was good there, and grounds were kept very clean and well-lit. I always felt safe there. Really, my only objection to the place were the paper-thin walls. If you're even a little sensitive to noise, this place probably isn't going to make you happy. Also, people with more than 1 car will probably have issues here; though I had a garage, my next-door neighbors constantly parked their two SUVs right behind their garage door, overstepping their bounds and making it sometimes impossible to get out of my own place. It was very expensive, too much so to put up with not being able to sleep most nights of the week, and staff -- while very nice about just about everything -- were completely unable to resolve my concerns-- so I moved out. I'd recommend the place with those two caveats--noise and parking. Great place overall.
