We live at The Renaissance and really like it, we recently went to a party they had and they had free BBQ from Goodwood and were very nice. We are just staying for four more months until my husbands contract ends with HP. We were also happy to have a place take our two standard poodles. :o)

No not management, just tenants that have the same settings as you, but may not feel the same as you. I have lived here for over 4 years now, and of course ther have been ups and downs, but that is not due to management. The management team here is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating, and yes attractive. Just because the girls look like Barbies ;) does not mean they are not professional and successful business woman due to their knowledge and capabilities. They have beauty yes, but they have brains and hearts as well. Keep in mind the bad experiences are usually due to other tenants or circumstances that they cannot control. I know first hand that they try very hard to make everyone here happy, and go out of their way to do so sometimes. Give them a break, they are soooo much better here than some other places that I have heard about or been to.

I honestly believe that most of the positive reviews on this place are the management company itself. I say this because I have my account set to alert me of any new reviews for The Renaissance, and it just seems like to much of a coincidence that every time someone posts a negative review (like the one from earlier today) later a positive one shows up out of the blue. Months and months (possibly over a year) with no reviews and suddenly 2 in the same day? Suspicious....

I wrote a review about a year ago and was notified of these two new reveiws...I still live here and love it. Anna actually sat and talked with me for two hours about my divorce and custody issues and helped me make payment arrangements.. She never treated me with anything but respect. I think it's sad that more happy people don't take time to write reviews, just the angry ones who didn't get their way! I have about 2 more months left on my lease then I am moving back to SC but I think that I will actually miss the staff more than my place.
