Lived here for a year on the top floor, 1 bedroom and 1 loft with a buddy. Managment was always helpful, and always took you seriously, even went out of their way to get to know you. The age of the tenants varied quite a bit, but there was never a noise problem. The covered parking was great during the winter, and never had trouble finding a spot. Finally, couldn't beat the location for a couple of 20 somethings. Walking distance to anything down town.
