If you like to hear your neighbors do everything from fart to go to the bathroom, then this is the place for you! Hope you dont live on the bottom floor because you will have a spider and beetle problem when the weather gets warmer. The pool is nice if you can get there before all the ghetto people show up and hog it all. Not to mention the teenagers who are not residents who come and throw bbqs and make out in front of your toddlers.

The staff will smile in your face and then talk behind your back. Maintenance is nice but incompetent. Oh also, if you dont like the smell of smoke in your home, hope you dont get a neighbor who does or else it comes thru the vents and you'll get cancer right along with them. Also, they will try to nickel and dime you for everything when it comes to getting your deposit back.

Parking is crap. People take your assigned spot and there is no room for your guests.

If you are a sound sleeper and dont mind hearing and smelling neighbors at all times, this is for you. Dont be fooled by the nice looking grounds.
