This is one of the poorest managed apartments in Boise, called luxury but lacking quality. Management is rude (2 women) and they are slow to respond to problems. Parking is poor and buildings and tenants are noisy. They have raised the rent twice in the time we have lived there (2 yrs) Have tried to charge us for everything possible to avoid paying back our deposit. We are a middle aged couple and left our apartment cleaner and in better shape then we moved in, but they have tried to find multiple small items to charge for. This is a no brainer, STAY AWAY!!!!
