I absolutely loved living at this complex. The grounds were beautiful. The lake, the greenbelt, you couldn't ask for a better location.

My apartment was exactly what I wanted in a one bedroom. Very clean and new. The office staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and bent over backwards to help in any way they could.

When it came time to move out...I had no problems at all. Just like with any apartment complex, I didn't get my entire deposit back. But I was NOT expecting too. I have yet to find an apartment complex that does a complete refund. The people above in this rating obviously had way too high of expectations and had not lived in many complexes.

Overall, this was one of my favorite places to live in Boise. I would stil be living there if I had not bought the place I live in now. I highly recommend this apartment!!!!
