I've been living here for a year and a half so far and so far no significant problems. I love the way that the floorplans are setup. It's in such a way that there are only neighbors behind walls in the bathroom and the walk in closet. So I never hear my neighbors. Lots of windows so the place is bright and chearfull.

I've had 3 maintinance issues and the landlord was over within the hour to fix each problem. Twice when my furnace went out and once because the tiolet wouldn't stop running.

I also like the way the washer and dryer are far off away from the bedrooms so that I can do laundry at all hours without complaints from the neighbors.

It's a nice place but a little high priced, but I think it's worth the price for the peace and quiet, central air and good maintinance.

My only complaints are that the recreation room closes at 10. And they advertised as being 24/7 in the ad! I work nights so the middle of the night is the best time to use the gym.

Another negative is that the management isn't too good at replacing burnt out lights in the stair areas. The one going up to my apartment has been burnt out since I've been here.
