I lived in this apartment complex for over one year. I am a very neat, orderly person (I have a mild case of OCD) so I maintained my apartment very well.
Halfway through the year, a new manager was hired, and that's when everything went down hill. Not only did her occupancy go down below 70% (because of the way she treated the tennants) but she lied about not being able to open the pool because of "drains," when really it's clear that they couldn't afford to open and maintain the pool.
Additionally, upon move-out, I took photos of my unit after cleaning it for 3 hours. Yet I was still charged over $600 for "excessive damage," although the manager has no photos of any damage. I plan to file with small claims.
DO NOT RENT FROM The Seasons unless you want to get ripped off and lied to.

Wow it's obvious who this is. Maybe you should look into the facts before you go around lying because of personal issues when in "FACT" The Pool and Spa Safety Act was enacted by Congress and signed by President Bush on December 19, 2007, and designed to prevent the tragic and hidden hazard of drain entrapment's and evisceration's in pools and spas. Under the law, all public pools and spas must have ASME/ANSI A112.198-2007 compliant drain covers installed and a second anti entrapment system installed, when there is only a single main drain.
Sorry if your upset that this community follows the law and protects their residents and their residents children therefore the pool was closed for a little while... for all the residents who dealt with short closure of the pool and spa they now have a beautiful new one that was remodeled and looks better than it has in the past years and they also have brand new amenities that they obviously could afford thanks to the new manager who actually cared about the residents and apartment community and didn't sit in the office and screw off all day. The new and improved office staff has only got positive responses from the community and their vendors about how much they love the change in staff and amenities!!!
The only reason a resident would get charged that much is if their was excessive damage to the apartment. Enough said. Good Luck in Court!
