Pluses: it's extemely quiet. For a place that allows dogs it is very quiet, the gounds are nice, the apartments are decent, large.

Drawbacks: they wired these buildings with cheap cable so that when you pay for "high speed internet" you are limited by the cheap cables that were installed. Beware if that is important to you. Cable modem still faster than dialup but I've had much faster cable service elsewhere. The office staff isn't exactly friendly or receptive. Maintenace takes a couple of days for non-emergency stuff. For the money...it's a good place to live. It's in a very nice area. Not a lot of kids live here and people keep to themselves
