I usually like to stay away from bashing any company, because some people have a bad experience and some don't with this apartment complex you are almost garrantied to have a horrible out come, and I would like you all to avoid the crap I had to deal with.

Out of my five plus years renting from various places this is by far the worse place ever. Problems:
1. management- if they are even there to help you, they are the least helpful and most confussed people I have ever delt with.

2. After moving in we wrote a book on all of the problems that were wrong. The place was not painted, everything needed to be fixed or replaced...on and on.

3. moving out they will try and rape you with costs, that are not the renters responsibility, or they didn't check to see if it was an already existing problem when you moved in.(move in inspection)

My first day moving in I was told to be very careful with the management by two seperate couples. Hardly anyone gets their deposite back.

The only good thing I can say is there is a good view of the lake. This place is run down, the pictures do not do it justice...
