I moved into "the Springs" recently, and they put me in a smoking building without telling me. I am very sensitive to smoke and it causes health problems to me. When I spoke to the staff about this, they just jerked me around, and said I signed a lease, so they don't have to do anything about it. Also the apartment was in poor shape. There were holes in the roofs, all of the doors did not shut proper, the lock on the mailbox was broken. The dishwasher leaked, the drawers and cabinets were creaky and unbalanced. The refrig ran very loudly, the toilet did not flush proper, and the place was not clean at all upon move in. People are fairly loud around the complex. BBQ's and anything are found on the balconies, which are a major fire threat. Overall not a very good experience at this complex at all. If I had the money I would leave this minute or hire a lawyer to get me out of this living hell.
