I moved into this complex 6 months ago...nice model anyway. The parking stinks! Two tenants and 1 spot guaranteed. I never get to park near where I live, it's ridiculous! There is so much noise here; parties, hollering, late nights, kids screaming, etc. I moved here while I was in school and suffered...couldn't sleep at night, couldn't nap in the day. Maintenance guys are great, but there's only so much you can do with a pile of crap. The manager is nice, but he's spineless...had to bring my lease in and go over it with him, as he tried to jerk me around when the upstairs neighbors were up ALL the time, stomping around and keeping me awake. He finally saw the light, but only after much aggravation. This place costs waaaay too much money for what's given. The windows are extremely leaky...hot is HOT and cold is COLD...kitchen absolutely grody, my bathroom floor is sunken in all over the place, the moulding around the front door lets in gushes of air, I could go on forever. I would have been better off staying at my mom's in the garage and saving my money...don't do it.

I totally agree with you 100%, i lived here and it was exactly like that!
