This place was so crappy and the property manager was such a ---- about things. We asked them in August that our disposal wasn't working and the maintenance guy came to fix them and he said it was fine (we also told them that the dishwasher wouldn't clean and they just ignored us on that) and then our disposal broke. I'm underage so there was no way i could get booze or alcohol into my apartment but yet they charged us for the 3 bottle caps that were in there. 25 dollars to fix a god damn disposal i coulda done myself.
Parking was a total nightmare cause you get one spot and then the other person has to walk about 1/2 mile through the complex to get back to your apartment. If you got there early you parked in the fire lane there because it was closer than anything else.
The Tub in the bathroom had rust spots on it and everything looked ok. The toilet seat broke like 2 weeks in and they wouldnt replace it for me, hell for them if they ever got off their lazy asses.
Everywhere in the apartment there were spots on the walls that look like they took a can of spray paint and painted over spots in the walls so it looked like the paint had ran down it.
The bedrooms were the best looking, good view from the windows into a big ass tree! YES, just what i wanted! Closets were big and fine, my bedroom had holes in the ceiling and stuff like that.
Impossible to heat the place, the vents are all above the windows so the heat vanished instantly so your gas bills were high.
The kitchen cabinets looked like crap and had pealing stuff in them and it was just a mess. My parents and I spent 5 hours (not counting the time my roommates parents and him cleaned on top of that) but we spent that time cleaning everything cause there was hair all over the cabinets, the fridge was a disaster and the fireplace was blowing ash all over the living room. The fans in the dining room, HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, EVER!!!!!!!

WORST PART:The property manager, Chad the ----, took me to go get an inspection of the place before we moved in, he rated everything in excellent condition (what the hell!! definitely wasn't in "excellent condition") but than when we moved out we complained to them about how clean are apartment was when we moved in and how long we spent cleaning and they pretty much spat in my face and told me that i had filled out some "move-in survey" which i know for a fact i didn't. It said i had rated them a 10 in cleanliness, maintenance, and a few other things. My roommate said he didnt so they pretty much just forged the document or something cause i never filled it out, but its on their computer but not in paper form.hmmm.....thats suspicious!
