I lived in 2 different buildings in 2 different types of units over 20 months. 1bed and 2bed. Yes the facility is 15 years old, but things in both units worked well. Units were clean and well maintained. My disposal broke, they fixxed it next day. I told them my hot water tank was rusting out, they replaced that the next day. Grounds well kept, sidwalks shovelled. Never waited more than 24 hours for any request, most done same day! Pool and area ALWAYS nice, was in it 5 or 6 days a week all summer. Yes it is still apt. living but for such a large facility, you could do a heck of a lot worse... and I have. This was a nice place for both me and my 6 yr old child. Walk to albersons, hastings, banks, fast food. An enjoyable place to live. Out of state transfer is why I moved.
