if you have children don't move here This is a nice complex but not children friendly! They have a pool monitor that harasses the children, and the staff hates kids bottom line....Now if you don't have kids this is a awesome place to live the apartments are very nice.

Horrible Noise Isolation The celing walls are so thin that i can hear people sneeze upstairs. Couldn't sleep due to noisy neghbours and the management doesn't care about it. Appartmnets are old and not in great shape. I would never recommend this one to anyone if you want peaceful living.

Deposit Nice place to live but if you are planning to get your deposit back from The Cottonwoods, forget it! We stayed there 5 months and never spilled on the inferior carpets. They've been cleaned so much that stains come up from the pad underneath. We were charged $200.00 to have a carpet

Avoid Civic Plaza!!! They treat you right when you move in, but later they could care less. They treat the tenants like they are inferior because it is a low income housing property. Be aware of move out, you won't get any of your deposit back guaranteed and they will probably charge

First Class Apartments I would highly recommend renting one of these apartments. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was easy access or close to the freeways and green belt. The furnished apartment was beautiful and sofa and chair in the living room were extremely comfortable.
