Nice Place to Live

Appleway Apts was a great place to live, and its only downfall was the price. I only moved out because I could not afford it with my new car payment.

The building was new, and I never had any maintenence issues.

The entire complex was very clean and the landscaping was well kept. Noise was about as good as it could be... Loud music could be heard occaisionally, but it was not a problem.

Parking was good. Each unit has a designated spot (garage or carport) and there is plenty of additional parking for guests.

One thing that bothered me was the extensive cleaning list (Four Pages!) provided 30 days before you move out. Sure, it keeps the place nice, but the management should be responsible for some of it.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and would move back in if I had the chance.
