The price was good, the apartment was very spacious, I liked the layout and the location. The Staff, however was very rude. They were really nice until we signed the lease. They had issues with my roommate and took it out on me as well. She tried to break the lease several times and as a result they wouldn't let me renew the lease even if I wanted to. The parking lot during winter was disastrous, it was maybe plowed twice. The sidewalks were hardly ever shoveled either. The washing machine broke shortly after we moved in and they seemed to be mad at us for it like we did something we weren't suppose to. The cleaning list that we were required to complete upon moving was seriously 4 pages. If we did not do all the cleaning they would charge $22.50 an hour to have to complete it themselves. After moving out they sent my roommate and I each a letter that contained both of our full social security numbers on it! Very poor judgment and lack of concern for other people's privacy.
