Dingy, dark apartments. Air conditioning doesn't work. Lots of bugs. Broken glass on the sidewalk. Half-flooded garages that break every month. The loudest neighbors in the world. Hard to find parking. Have to get parking pass for guests from office, what happens if you have guests after office hours' Management is never in the office when they say they will be. Paint is gross and peeling. Management does not enforce noise ordinances AT ALL.

Please run as far away from this place as you can!

You're right, don't store anything that can't stand the damp in your garage as they will likely get ruined (or stolen!) Parking is a nightmare, my boyfriend couldn't find a spot in front of our building and ended up on the FAR END OF THE COMPLEX coming home at 2 in the morning because he works swings. The new paint is also disgraceful, the color scheme is horrible and the painters never actually finished the job (unpainted doors, missed trims, streaking and hand prints in the paint!)
