Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
holes in the driveway big enough for your car to disappear in. Ask for something to get done takes minimum two requests and 2 weeks... petty rules, not allowed to have a front door mat at entrance. NO assigned parking, this is unreal most of the time. New owners(California corporation) threw up some new paint and raised the rents $150 month... that is the line of moving trucks you see out front... everyone moving out!!!
