I have lived here for a year and it has been one horrible experience after another. Not only is the ownership horrible in never addressing problems, not having enough staff in the office, the parking is horrible. You must get a pass from the office for a friend, but they are never there, especially if you want someone to visit after five o clock. They have a towing company coming out often, continuously towing one car after another for a fee of $150.00 or more a tow. You can't park in the lot they suggest off the property because the towing company tow there also, and the numerous broken windows and flat tires are a good warning how safe that lot is. Also the handicap parking is minimal, way below the needs. Noise is an issue. The garages are only secure from the outsides, the insides have open rafters that anyone having access to a garage can climb over. Not only that but they are wet, and wired very poorly.
I could go on about the parking lot being unmaintained, the lack of management, The now "new laundry facility costing almost 3 bucks a load, the off and on hot water availability in the laundry room, and the exercise room that WAS going to be remodeled with all new sate of the art equipment and so on. And the last but certainty not the least. MOLD. I've been sick a lot this year, so has many the tenants and past tenants that lived here that I have spoken to.
