These have been the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Parking is just like everyone else states, horrid. There is barely enough parking for the people that are there, much less guests. The entire complex has 2 handicapped parking spots total, and they are at the entrance of the complex, up a incline from the reset of the units. Just the placement would make it impossible to get to in the winter if someone had a wheelchair or some other kind of mobility device.

Having friends over either meant trying to get to the office before 5pm to get a pass, parking in the suggested location, or driving them to and from your apartment because if they don't have a pass then they were getting towed.

While the staff is friendly and tries to help, but the owner ties their hands at every turn. This place is the perfect candidate to be sure to get everything they promise in writing because that they will tell you one thing and do another and generally because of the owner.

The mold in the apartments is horrible. They don't have any care to get it resolved and take advantage of unknowing people who rent there by making them sign a waiver about the mold which, by the way, is illegal. I was sick and coughing for the better part of the year I was there. I went to see a doctor many times and was given several things to try and help, but because it was environmental it was just a waste of money.

The exercise/rec room was supposed to get a updated, but it still has not happened. They have a hot tub/jacuzzi that is empty and a few pieces of equipment that looks like they were salvaged from Goodwill. The pool table is in a sad state and the whole place smells like a toilet.

The 'update' laundry facility was done just as half-assed as the rest of the improvements at the complex. The 'hot' water cycle spews out cold water and if you have any white clothes you should not expect them to stay that way after the first load as they will be dirtier than when you put them in. With the new facilities in the laundry room came increased costs to the tenants, but it is evident that nothing was done to improve anything because they were just as bad as before the 'upgrade'.

The complex did get a new paint job, however like everything else it went to the lowest bidder. There are splatter marks and runs, and the colors are just... well par for the course with the rest of things there.

The staff in the office try and handle noise complaints, but they really can't do anything until the police are involved and even then you need need to be assaulted by the tenet in question before they try and correct the issue or try and kick them out. The walls seem to be think enough to keep the noise levels down, be the floors and ceilings are very thin and allow you to hear anything going on like it was happening next to you.

The maintenance crew, like the office staff, are nice but they obviously have a limited budget and need to do repairs as quickly and cheaply as possible. They are left to scavenge for parts off old hardware they have stored in garages across the complex, and if your appliance needs a new part, then you will be unable to use the item in question until it arrives, if it arrives at all.

Speaking of garages, they should not be used to store any items. They are used at your own risk, and because they are an additional fee and are first some first serve you may get one that is across the complex from where you apartment is actually located. The is one light in each garage with a pull cord which makes it hard to reach when you have a truck or if you are shorter than most people. There is no light switch at all. The walls are just sheet rock over a simple frame which could be busted though in a few moments, or other people could just simply climb over the walls because there is no firewalls or ceilings to separate the units from each other.

Over all I would not recommend these places to anyone, and I feel if you are reading this you could find a lot better even though the price may seem like it would make it worth the hassles.

just sounds like people are writing bad reveiws cause they didnt get what they wanted ive never lived there but ive gone there and it was a really nice place nothing looked like it was from goodwill and the staff was helpful and she did her job and im the apartment i live at people get mold in there apartments because the people living there at the time dnt clean up after there messes in witch cause mold sorry to say mold is not the complexes fault so people shouldnt complain and they probably make people sign waivers cause they know they are not the reason for the mold and for things that need to be updated people need to remember that we are all going through hard times and when people go there they should ask to see the apartment and the garages and if they have problems about stuff then maybe they shouldnt file the paper work so just cause people didnt get what they wanted from that place isnt the complexes fault and they probably have a good reason for the way they follow rules
