If you are expecting a chandelier in an elegant kitchen, a luxurious fireplace in the living room, jacuzzi with crystal glass doors in the bathroom, or even a walk-in closet for someone who has enough shoes as Paris Hilton, then no, this isn't your "perfect" apartment.

If you have a normal budget, somewhere to call home, and expect to live a life in today's society where there are slight unforunates, then yes..this would be a great place to live.

Maybe your apartment had small problems. You may complain about a broken oven, not working air conditioner, water not working properly..or anything of the sort inside your apartment, yet if you confront the Office Manager, then you won't have to worry about it for maybe just a few days. Once you state your problem, as soon as you walk out, she will immediately report it and order it. If you don't get your appliances, or whatever fixed then..it isn't necessarily her fault. Maybe try thinking about the place where it was ordered. Or the fact that she is in the process of getting it fixed yet doesn't have a maintenace helper. If you would quit calling all the time, maybe they wouldn't be so busy answering your calls, and continue getting it fixed.

The parking lot. If you drive down the road, I'm sure you have noticed how unperfect highways are. If you drive a nice car and are concerned with it's condition to drive on the parking lot..then don't drive it through. If you have such a nice car, then get an apartment that you are satisfied with before setting a lease up. I'm sure you noticed the parking lot when you come to get an application.

Not enough parking spaces, there are garages. Park your car in the garages. If you have so much storage and are worried about your storage, there is a storage unit right down the road where on the sign it is survelliance cameras. Put your extra storage there, and park your car in the garage. When you have visitors, you know the office hours. Go in before and get a parking permit. Or call ahead of time to get it the day before so you wont have to worry about getting your car towed.

Mold in the apartment. Read your lease. It clearly states that if you inform them, they will do something for you. That part is clearly stated..

The clubhouse is under construction. We all know it doesn't take 2 days to get something up and running. Ordering this, and that..trying to get all the workers to continue working is another issue. Not the apartments fault. Maybe the workers aren't the greatest!!

And if you aren't satisfied with your laundry facility..such as being overpriced, or not cleaning your clothes. Then wash it in your bathtub. Saves money and you can get your clothes as clean as you prefer.

Whatever else I am forgetting to mention, my point is that when you came here to receive an application, you were taken through a walk through, drove on the lot, and checked out the extras the complex has to offer. So as I was roaming through this apartment rating site, I came across Fairwood and enjoyed it and was curious to see how others felt. After reading what took a few hours, I realized this was just for people to complain about something that they would have noticed the first day of their move in. So as far as I'm concerned, you could be living in a box or with your parents. But if you can move out and live in your own apartment, then take responsibility and tell the management of what your problems and concerns were. Maybe then you would have had a more welcoming and happy experience as I did living at Fairwood! :)

sounds to me like the owner of the facility wrote a "review" of his building. Guess he should really live there before he praises it. The place sucks. Maybe try and spend a little more time listening to those the actually love there rather than try to hit in a cloak of denial.

I did live there, and I'm a Previous resident. I had a problem with my bathtub and immediately they came and checked it. Only problem I ever had with the apartments. Of course I had to go to the office and inform them instead of sitting at home waiting for them to read my mind and come fix it. They can't fix anything unless you let them know.

Come on dude. We know you are either the owner or a staff member. It is obvious and we aren't idiots. Maybe you should try listening to the complaints and attempting to fix them and maybe you'd get some positive reviews from "real" tenants!
