Place is a joke!
CDA finally has a Ghetto!
Stay away from this place its falling apart I was sick all the time (serious mold issues). The manager is unbelievable and really does not care about anything but herself and padding her own wallet with money.Maintenance is a joke nothing ever gets fixed. I think the place needs to be torn down completely and a bunch of prefab houses for low income people should be built.

As of November 2008 there has been a lot of changes including new staff and I do believe that we are doing our best to make everyone happy and want to live here. Of course this isnt the Ritz but you do make of it what you will. -Manager of Fairwood
