Lake Villa is a beautiful property close in to downtown Coeur d'Alene. We love our neighbors and the clubhouse, pools, hot tub and exercise room is fantastic. But it is always full and hard to get into. We had to wait 3 months!

The have turkeys and deer on the property and a lake within one block. We love it!
