Fairwood Apartments 0% Recommended Apr 16 2008: I have lived here for a year and it has been one horrible experience after another. Not only is the ownership horrible in never addressing problems, not having enough staff in the office, the parking is horrible. You must get Fairwood Apartments 0% Recommended Apr 16 2008: These have been the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Parking is just like everyone else states, horrid. There is barely enough parking for the people that are there, much less guests. The entire complex has 2 handicapped parking Apple Way 33% Recommended Mar 03 2008: the rent is reasonable but the office staff is rude i go to extreme limits to avoid the staff the parking lot and sidewalks are unkept noise volumes are unbearable i can hear the tenents right through the walls Fairwood Apartments 0% Recommended May 06 2007: There are approximately three things that I can say that are positive about Fairwood in Coeur d'alene, and each has a qualifier... The walls are reasonably thick... so you really can not hear normal life things from your neighbors.
