Not too special but good price - The laundry room although often empty is old and machines brake often. Don't bother using the dyers. Nice exercise room. Studios are small but still nice. Safety Issues Safety is the biggest issue (to me) People break into units and apparently they are former tenants coming back in. Well it's kinda creepy when you are living alone and someone meanders in at 2am. So if you are looking for a safe place, don't move here.

LOVE IT! We spent countless days trying to call around looking for an apartment, and each place was a disappointment--until I found this place! Emily (the asst. mgr.)was fantastic! She went out of her way and moved us in on a Sunday (the office is closed)-as we moved from out of this state

Animal lover Lake Villa is a beautiful property close in to downtown Coeur d'Alene. We love our neighbors and the clubhouse, pools, hot tub and exercise room is fantastic. But it is always full and hard to get into. We had to wait 3 months!

Stay away from this place its falling apart I was sick all the time (serious mold issues). The manager is unbelievable and really does not care about anything but herself and padding her own wallet with money.Maintenance is a joke

God awful. The manager is incompitent, there is no parking, and my heater broke in december and they never fixed it. I called multiple times but they insisted nothing was wrong. I also have been waiting two months for my deposit refund.
