This is my first time moving out and getting an apartment. I love these apartment.... good thing about them... No co signer..really nice staff and maitenence staff. nice looking inside, new carpet inside... dishwasher wasnt working the first day in the apartment and the management put a brand new one in the next week for us. For the most part they are quiet unless you have rude neighbors above you..... bad things about them the parking is somewhat limited for guests.. They WILL TOW people who are not in guest and dont have permits. Rent is $565 with $350 deposit and with a washer and dryer $580. I would definatly recomend!
