The guy who runs these apartments is extremely shady! We were only a couple of weeks behind on rent because we'd been out of town, but we had an agreement with him to pay it on second Friday of the month. A day after we talked to him, he had an eviction notice on our door. When we tried call him about it, he was impossible to reach. A few days later, he had changed the locks! Idaho eviction law does say that he can give someone a 3 day eviction notice if they are late on rent, but that seems a little extreme. And then Idaho law states that he has to have a police officer there to get the stuff out of the apartment or to change the locks. DO NOT get an apartment here. You will regret it!!!!!

I personally this to be true as well however the problem is not with the landlord. The problem is that due to the high level of illegal aliens coming into the country he is only doing things the best way to keep a business up and running. If you dont want to be evicted pay your bills on time or better yet buy a place of your own rather than rent.
