I have a dog, and almost no where in town would let me rent, but this apartment complex allows small dogs. They were very particular about the way you take care of your pets (having a leash, cleaning up after them etc,) but it was well worth being able to keep my dog with me. The maintenance staff were very prompt in taking care of problems, management is personable, and they have a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. (And they give you free brunch on Saturdays. YUMMY!)
