I rented a two bedroom apartment from Teton Apartments and I loved it!! If I ever had a problem it was always taken care of as soon as possible. I felt at home and enjoyed my neighbors. I liked that they had a gym that I could work out in because I could cancel my gym membership but still work out only it was free. I really liked the staff. I just never had any problems with anything. I had to move to be closer to family and I hate my new apartment its loud and nothing works. If I could recommend any apartment I would recommend Teton Apartments.

2007-2008 Winter snow maintenance was little, if any. Yes, we did have a larger accumilation of snow, but with little snow removal. When a snow blower was used for walkways, a single wide trail was blown with little or no snowmelt to and from the clubhouse. Black ice was definitely a BIG problem getting from your apartment to your car and in getting your garbage to the dumpster. Yes, the neighboring tenants are glad to help push your car, by hand, and shovel the snow-packed ice when a car got "STUCK" in the roadway and/or parking area as a one way lane of traffic would block other cars from getting to their apartments. A GPS would have been helpful in manuvering around the "mountainous" snowbound roadways throughout the apartment complex. Ruts and frozen snow/ice peaks could high center your car if one was not careful in driving through these conditions. Snow drifts were the Winter Decorations; blocking and freezing garage doors and hiding the cement headers in the parking lots allowing tenants finding it hard to utilize their area without crowding adjacent parking spots. Handicap parking was NOT MAINTAINED for those who needed the help most. I never saw a maintenance person with a shovel in hand. Instead of "Saturday Brunches", I would have liked to seen the money budgeted for snow removal and maintenance. BTW, another tenant advised me to read the "small" print the management skipped over when I signed my apartment contract. This was my mistake. Renters BEWARE! As weather warms and snow melts, there are several garages now floading. Is this an act of "GOD" as our contract states or is it due to inadequit snow removal?
