Screw Teton Apartments!
try getting your first apartment and when you move out early you get billed this!! $6,049.28!!!! i got in an accident and nearly died and it left me handicapped and i could'nt afford to make my payments anymore so i had no choice but to move.

the owner of these apartments is money hungry and greedy and believes that something like a dusty light bulb costs $20.00 to cleaned!
you'll ---- a brick when you hear what kinda crap they charged me for!

KITCHEN:
floor- 10.00 dirty/stains (cleaned that!)
Baseboard & heat register-8.00 dings and scrapes (are you kidding me' i wasn't there for the walk through she probably kicked it then marked dings and scrapes!)
Cabinets-20.00 dirty/crumbs (i cleaned that too!)
Oven-9.00 yellow stains (that was clean and no there were not yellow stains)
Refrigerator- 10.00 crumbs/dirty (again this was cleaned too)
dishwasher-12.00 outside dirty ('')
light bulbs fixtures- dusty/ dirty(are you kidding me' dusty light bulbs!)
to sum the kitchen up apparently EVERYTHING HAD CRUMBS AND DIRT.

LIVING ROOM:
lets just say for everything here there explanation is "dirty/dusty" which was cleaned spotless and the floor was spotless and as good as new!!

carpet replacement 1223.28! are you kidding me! for ------ ass white carpet that is obviously gonna discolor gets replaced with more white carpet so they can charge the next guy 1223.28!!!

$300.00 to paint the walls again... i could paint a whole two story house for less than this!!

water damage next to tub-10.00 (um excuse me who's fault is that''')

smoke detector detached $200.00!!!
(once again im waiting for the manager to jump out from behind a wall and tell me that i just got punk'd, how hard is it to put a smoke detector back on' did it cost someone 200.00 to drive to out of state to get a 100.00 ladder and come back and put it back on''')

oh and ALL my blinds/screens that where CLEAN apparently had to be replace which added up to about 140.00!!!

400.00 for a dog that apparently was mine'!' WHAT DOG! i dont have a dog nor have i EVER had a dog for this greedy money hungry owner to charge me for!

I feel anybody who wants to rent at these apartment needs to do there research because YOU WILL get RIPPED OFF! and the owner can say all that she wants and try to make herself look better but guaranteed she will turn around and charge you WHATEVER she CAN! C'MON DUSTY LIGHT BULB'!
