Read the 12 page lease very carefully! It completely goes against the Idaho Tenant & Landlord Guidelines and they will charge you outrageous fees upon move out. You will be charged over the top fees for repainting the apartment (whether it needs it or not) and they will make you replace anything/everything they possibly can whether you caused the damage or not. They do not follow the normal wear and tear guidelines. The buildings are infested with carpenter ants in the foundation and they have done nothing to remedy this except cover the holes the ants come thru in the Spring. You are not allowed to turn in your 30 day notice except prior to the beginning of the next month so you'll be bound a full month; they do not pro-rate upon moving out. The playgrounds are all made of metal and pea gravel which leaves black stains all over your kid's clothes. The white carpet is a stain sucker that will leave black spots everywhere and the carpet cleaning only hides them temporarily. You'll only get one parking space no matter what size of apartment you rent, and there are very few visitor parking spaces. The walkways are not cleared very well in the winter and many falls have happened due to the black ice accumulated. They do the bare minimum to fix any problems that occur. Very nice to work with upon moving in, not very nice to work with when moving out.
