I lived here for several years and all I have to say is... Why did I stay here as long as I did'!'! I have to admit and well as several other residents (past and current) there was a time when the management was on top of things and actually cared. I don't know what happened but they apparently were the smart ones and got the hell out of here. Pretty funny too... The manager left and within a few weeks so did the assistant... Many of us noticed that the best of the worker's stuck together. The management now is unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. They are so very nice in the beginning but beware! Once your application fee and deposits are given, you're stuck!!! No refunds. Application fees are $50... Deposits can be low (I paid $99)- but don't let this fool you...! Even if your aparmtent is imaculant (I am a very clean person, hardly ever home and I don't cook), you're going to pay in the end. Painting and carpet cleaning alone will be charged (yes, even if you never touch the walls or hang anything up- you'll pay for the painting- AND A LOT). This will at least cost you $320- IF YOU'RE LUCKY and live in a one bedroom. God forbid if there is a crumb anywhere, fingerprint anywhere, etc. You'll be charged for a blind replacement if there is any small mark or dent at $35... One drip pan will cause you to pay for a complete replacement, costing you $60! I about fainted when I seen this... A small mark (remember I don't cook), still shiny and they want to charge me $60' Please, whatever you do... If you move to Idaho Falls, check around. My credit score was over 700 and I just recently found out that my credit score went down. After researching, I found out that they turned me over to their collection agency. No phone call, no warning, no nothing... So not worth it. It will take me a long time to get this straighened out and cost me some more. Even if they take some of the unnecessary charges off, I will be working hard on bringing my credit back up.... And, spend MORE of my hard earned money (which isn't much) on legal advice. Just not worth it. I wish I knew where the prior manager went to, I'd tell you to start your search there, but I don't. Just do your homework before committing, trust me. Everything that you read that on this site is true... Granted some of the people probably needed to be charged but there are so many that don't deserve it. If you live in Idaho Falls you already know if their reputation. For those who don't, ask around. They are well know for being a rip off company. Oh, and the last post is so true... You will have no parking. Hopefully you live by yourself and expect no guest EVER. You'll be lucky to have your parking spot available for you after work if you work at night. Carpets are terrible, driveway and walkways are terrible in the winter. Just don't do it, don't rent from these people and if you do, remember... You've been warned.
