I have lived here for over two years, and would probably continue if I did not need to move closer to work. The Staff has been responsive, and the overall experience pretty good. I was on a first floor apartment and my heating/cooling bills were quite reasonable.

They recently sent a notice(Aug 2008) that they are filling in the jaccuzi with cement. It been broken all this summer, so I guess it's not fixable, or worth the effort. The walls are a bit thin, but that is pretty common in most of the places I have been.

As far as the common areas: They keep the pool open as long as possible and it is heated, so it makes for a nice break from late spring till early fall. They grounds are clean and well maintained. The pool area had gas grilles so it made it easy to cook stuff up. However I did see some people get warning for having their own personal grilles on their back proche, so they might be a bit stricy there. I just had some chairs and a table, so they never gave me any notices. The entire complex just got a new paint job too, so things look pretty new.

I do think it it the best complex in Meridian, and I would rent from it again if I were to stay in this town. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
