I am a single mother and have lived in Sagecrest apartments for 9 months now with my son.
Not all buildings within this complex are managed by the same Company.
Without mentioning names, I would like to say that the Manager I have had to deal with is the worst Manager I have ever dealt with.
She has harrassed us from the first week we moved in! Within a month I had an eviction notice stating that we had left garbage outside our front door and we "walk too loud."
I had been cleaning one Saturday and put a black garbage bag outside the door.
I was planning on taking it down to the dumpster but unfortunately forgot.
An honest mistake!
We live upstairs and the man below goes to work at 3:30 AM.
To him any walking is too loud!
PLEASE - ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING ONE OF THESE UNITS, INVESTIGATE THOUROUGHLY WHO YOU'LL BE DEALING WITH!!! I can't even begin to describe the amount of stress this person has put on me! Be careful...

I am also a tenant at this great complex and I lived close to this tenant that sounds as if they were just great tenants, but I know they had three cars that were in need of repair and caused many parking issues within this complex. I would HIGHLY say that anybody looking for a great complex to live to give this one a look as it really is a great complex to live in. BY THE WAY THIS TENANT THAT WAS COMPLAING IS NO LONGER LIVING HERE AS A SHE COULD NOT SEEM TO FOLLOW THE COMPLEX RULES.

question. are they really strict on credit?
i have 1 thing in collections but other than that all others are paid i think my score is like 620 is it worth my while to apply?

I have been trying to get sagecrest to answer some questions of mine so that I can live here. I filled out their online contract and told them I needed to speak with someone to answer my questions. No response yet. They seem to have the best deal for the price and they are located in a great area. I really want to rent from them, but can't get anyone to contact me and get things worked out. I am moving in from out of state and need to be contacted.....If any one that works here reads these PLEASE contact me. I need it all set and ready to go by the 20th of March

If you were referring to me as having 3 cars... wrong person... I had one car & the one time I borrowed my mom's car & parked it out front for one night...someone attempted to steal it. I no longer live there because I chose to get out and find a nice peaceful place to live.

I think there have been 3 different company's that have managed this complex since I have lived here? I have to admit I was a little upset at first when I received a note on my door to clean up my patio. I have seen people with worse patios so I knew I wasn't the only one. Then I got a mean note on my door saying I was going to be evicted. Then I got a late fee. I wasn't too happy about that either. I always pay m rent on time! When I talked to them about the issues I was having they were really nice and wanted to help me.I had a few complaints and I was having a bad day but Michelle was very nice and handeled my bad attitude well.I have noticed a lot of chnages in the complex. They hjave doggie bags now, it is always clean, they put down salt for my walk way when it snowed. Chris the maintenance guy is very nice and does a great job.He responds fast.There have been things like my blinds falling as soon as I try to open them or the chain in my toilet braking. Chris always gets to my apartment fast and is vwery professional. I think the office is better now than ever. I was sad to here Michelle left the office. I am still impressed with this company. This place is way better than what I dealt with when I got here!I wish they were here then.I really like it here now! No more loud people next to me! My only complaints now would be the dog poop and the speed bumps. I really love this place!
