The McCoys are nice and inexpensive, which is good for Moscow. There's onsite laundry, and they're clean and relatively new. So there's that going for them.

Not so great, though, is that they're far from campus for Moscow (1.75 miles). The apartments are also all cookie-cutters and have no soul whatsoever. Parking was sometimes difficult to find, too. DO NOT live over the laundry room, because other tenants do not respect the hours and the management will do nothing about it. We asked.

The management can be quite lousy, though. While there, we were told several times to quiet down when little or no noise was occurring. I was once asked to turn down classical music by the manager because the *bass* was too loud. The same manager told us that we couldn't have people over on Saturday nights because some people liked to sleep. She ended up leaving, and the next manager was better, but they are not very attentive to problems. Maintenance was well kept up though.

My verdict' I would never live there again. There's not enough going for the McCoys to make living with the management worth it.
