The aparment manager is awsome, she is so nice. I was living in my apartment with friends for three months before I signed onto the lease. The manager just mentioned that that was against the lease agreement, but happily and very politely siged me onto the lease. The grounds keeper can be a bit of a jerk, though. The place is very well upkept in a quiet area of town. The only bad thing about the apartments is the almost complete lack of noise insulation. It's easy to bother your neighbors with noise. The rent is very cheap when you consider the quality of the apartments (they look very nice inside) and the month to month lease. The complex is quiet (they have a strict policy of no loud parties), but that doesn't mean you can't have fun. They are very reasonable about warning loud renters before any action is taken. There is a good mix of students, older working people, and familys. I'm not sure what the others are talking about, but I have never seen the parkinglot full, there are ALWAYS empty spaces. It's about over a half hour walk to campus, but Rosaurs is two blocks away and there is a bus stop (free to EVERYONE in Moscow) at Rosaurs (five minute walk). I highly recommend this place, it is the best place I have rented in Moscow.
