In spite of the previous negative reviews, McCoy Apartments management team was friendly, conscientious, and did its best to accomodate within the rules of tenancy. Because of warm evenings, and the windows having to be open, their was a necessity to keep in mind that sound carries very well throughout the complex. It was usually because other tenants voiced a complaint, when the manager had to tend to the source. I do not believe it was ever in a manner that was unkind. The team's management was such that they would "bend over backwards" to help, within the limits of the agreement. They have to do their job. Part of it is to "keep the peace" between tenants. I recall there were times when the windows were open LATE at night and there was loud talking, music, kids still up playing and we couldn't sleep because it was too loud. So, we had to make a complaint. Don't fault the management for doing its job!!!
