I initially heard good things about this apartment which is why I signed a contract to live there but it did not take long for me to regret it. Parking is HORRIBLE!!! Appletree's website claims that two spaces are provided. I got there and there was only one. Half of our stove that they provided did not work and there were some plugs that did not work either. The apartment was in very poor condition. It was dirty and the carpet was ripped. When I contacted the managers to ask them to fix it they immediately blew me off. It never got fixed. My wife and I eventually couldn't stand it any longer and had to switch apartments. So.....renters BEWARE!!! Don't be fooled. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
