-A big problem with parking...terrible snow removal.
-Managers don't care too much about your concerns and typically never contact you back, very hard to reach. We once had to contact the local Chamber of Commerce to find a number to reach to Owner (who lives out of state) to address a concern. A big pain!
-Carpet is nasty, and doesn't vacuum very well. Most tile grout is loose (they haven't fixed it yet after several months of notice)
-We like the layout of the apartment (simple 2 bedroom) and is a good size for us, but wish there was more storage/closet space.

There are plenty of apartments in Rexburg that you can choose from, keep this one towards the bottom of your list.
