Cons: Managers are aweful! We have to call over and over to get after hours help!
Even when flooding occurs and no heat in a below freezing evening!
You can never get a hold of the managers envern durring regular hours. THey
are never in their office, and never answer the phone.
You can hear your neighbors in every direction very well, even their alarm
clocks. (That is apartment living though)
Laundry facilities are always gross and dirty.
Dumpsters are always overflowing with trash and when the wind blows it
spreads the trash everywhere.

If this place had managers that cared I would definatly refer it to others. It is very new, but the managers stink. It is because of them that many of the problems here happen. They don't take care of anything and make it feel like we are being picky, bothersome tennants when we have a problem. It should not be that way. We have lived in older appartments that have had more problems and better managers, and we would much rather have lived where the better managers are. Until management changes, I would not recomend this apartment to anyone.

Management was changed in August. Tenants that have been there since are invited to comment on their job.
