Where would you begin' The management is all but non-existant except on the occassion when they feel the need to insult your wife. Upkeep on the grounds is minimal as far as snow removal goes. Safety, I think the cops showed up about once a week. As far as construction a quadrepelegic could have done better the washer and dryers do not fit because of the base boards(poor planning there) and none of the corners are square. If you like the fix ity yourself maintenance program the I would give that part a 10. Overall This would be the last resort if I couldn't pitch my tent somewhere.

Management has changed since this review was written and while it is highly unlikely that it was really as bad as they would like it to seem, management is very good now.

I totally disagree with the "slumlord" review. That guy probably never paid his rent, got evicted, and is looking for anything he can to vindicate his own sorry state. Personally, I have LOVED living at Cougar Court! Management is super friendly, right on the ball in terms of maintenance, and the apartment is perfect for my needs. I get internet and cable included in my rent, the clubhouse has a massive laundry facility, a BBQ, a big screen TV, a kitchen, and a pool table...there is plenty of parking and I've never seen a cop around here yet! Thank you to whoever brought Cougar Court to Rexburg. We've needed affordable, quality housing like this for a long, long time.

We have lived at Cougar Court for almost 6 months. It's a great price for a two bedroom, and we like the locations, but our internet has gone out about 5 times. And it takes several hours to get it running again. Everytime they tell us it won't happen again, then it does. However, the internet is contracted out so technically it's not their fault, but I would appreciate if they took a little responsibility. Our carpet is terribly stained, we have about 3 broken trucks and 3 boats and a truck camper sitting in the parking lot, and the "gym" is anything but. However, that's kind of the life you get with an apartment. Overall, great price, but for us it's not really worth our noisy neighbors and lack of internet and cabinet space.

Regarding "fluffy99's" review this is surprising because when I did a walk through I didn't see the big screen TV or the kitchen. The pool table had a nasty note from management about all of the stuff that had been stolen. I agree with what Anonymous 11/23/08 had to say because I saw what he/she was talking about in the gym.

I dont agree with Mr. The Slums. This is a great place to live. The management has been above and beyond. And I've never seen the cops here since the day we moved in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking. And there IS a nice TV and Kitchen in the club house. It's a great place for a get-together with family or friends
