i personally think that cougar court apartments is one of the worst places to live. the management is nice until you get in and then they could give a damn about you. they walk in unnanounced and they are not willing to do anything to help you. it has to be in their interest to get them up out of their damn chair. Mojan is a shithead too!

It's unfortunate that this "Anonymous" tenant feels this way. We actually do care about the tenants. What I think this tenant is likely upset about is that we do enforce the lease agreement. We're confident you'll find we're actually quite pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, the only people that write reviews are those who are upset for one reason or another. I never personally had a problem with the management at cougar court. However I think what they have done to just about everyone else in the apartment complex is a crime. I have not heard one good thing about the management. What I have heard is that if there is a way to take advantage of their tenants or steal their money they will try their hardest to do so. further if you want something fixed you may as well do it yourself because the management wont. I know someone who had a broken toilet the whole time they stayed in the apartments and no matter who they told it was never fixed. Also it is true that they walk into your apartment without knocking. I know several people who were breast feeding their child or just in a towel when management walked in their apartments. I reiterate this was done without even a knock at the door. My recommendation is to find somewhere else to live, the nice facilities are not worth the headache of having to deal with poor management.
