Rent at your own risk

The apartments are tiny, and not worth the money. There were many things that needed repair when we moved in, and the place was dirty. Laundry facilities dirty and machines constantly breaking down and eating quarters. Office hours are only 1 hour a day and staff are not helpful. After having moved out three months ago, we STILL have not received our security deposit back. I do NOT recommend this place.

The laundry facilities have been clean ever since i've lived here. Office hours are at least 3 hours a day and they get things done when I've put in a maintence request. Maybe there is a reason you aren't getting your deposit back...like leaving your apartment a mess, etc..I would totally recommend anyone to live her

I have to laugh at the response to this original email because it is obvious that the onsite management and the property owners don't have a clue how sites like apartmentratings.com work. Ok let me take you back to junior high a teach you, first if someone leaves a complaint the best way to "look professional" is not to have one of the staff retort in a stupid fashion of "I live here and it is great and you don't know what you are talking about" instead you respond and say "we have a large number of washers/dryers onsite and over 80% are working daily." You would also include "Because of the nature of cleaning clothes the room does get dusty and is cleaned 1-time per week."
Next you don't say "office is open at least 3 hours a day", you instead you state your posted office hours and note that all tenants are made aware of those hours when they move in. See professional versus backwater hick...
As stated in the past it is pretty obvious that the owners just want the money from owning an apartment community but not "good renters" because if they did they wouldn't allow so many people to become disgruntled and feel that they need to "warn" other people before renting... Didn't any of you major in business management or property management??? I guess you decided to become owners after consulting a "Lucky 8 ball" so good luck to you in the future.
