Through a mutual friend, we found Draper Oaks apartments, a married student complex close to the BYUI campus. We have lived here now for about 6 months and just love it! The apartments are well maintained and probably the cheapest apartments in town for what you get. The managers and owners have been great to work with on any little problem, which have been very few. We had the internet go out for a short while, but after calling the landlord, she quickly took care of it. I have heard some of our neighbors wanted to move out before their contract expired, and the landlords allowed them to leave, but only after our neighbors found a replacement and losing their deposit. Sounds fair to me since they broke their word, thats not the landlord's fault. All my neighbors love the place too, so if you're looking for a nice place and ward close to campus, check out Draper oaks.
